For Western Kshatrap coins, the date is present on the obverse behind the king's head, and the name of the king and his father is present on the reverse of the coin.
From the images above I am not able to read any of it and hence not able to identify the ruler. The portrait of the ruler is not sufficient to identify the coins as different rulers may have similar looking portraits.

Yeah a higher resolution picture is needed for both sides of Western Kshatrap coins to be able to read the dete/ruler on the coin.

Sorry the legend is almost worn out. Whatever can be read says "mahakshatrapasa Rudra(?) putrasa..."

Ruler is son of Rudrasena or Rudrasimha. Can't seem read anything else, sorry.
