your coin is a Thessalonique mintage but the T in exe is not legible (T becam I).
I read GAL VAL MAXIMIANVS NOB CAES  and GENIO POPVLI ROMANI, officina letter G in right field, mintmark TS.
It's a   RIC VI 24b, G  of Thessalonica
