Identification of Spanish coin

Can you, please, help me with identification of this coin? It is not on Numista.

It's weight is 3.10g and diameter is about 21.50 mm and made of Silver. Mintmark is PR.

Thanks for answer. At least, now I know it is from Bolivia. http://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/bolivia-real-km-61-1789-179181-cuid-8371-duid-30392 I have found it and it is not on Numista. I'll add it now.

In all Spanish mints in America the coins about 1789-1791 are of Charles IV with the portrait of his father Charles III. The dies with the portrait of the new king arrived to Lima from Spain in 1791.
