#2 is a Belgian 10 euro cent coin that looks like it was flattened by a train.
Yes, they are both damaged coins, but neither is a real error.

Actually, though it's hard to tell, the second coin looks like it was struck twice, though I'm likely wrong.
Also, don't coins run over by trains get thinner?

Also, now that I think about it, wouldn't a coin damaged in a washing machine have damage on both sides, not just the obverse?
