Help identifying an ancient roman coin?

I got this coin a while ago but I never knew what it really was. I just remembered there's an entire forum section dedicated to this so why not give it a try?






Can somebody tell me what this is and how old it is? Thanks

It looks 4th century like this  Theodosius I, 379-395 AD with diademed head

Right, forgot to do it  

18.5 mm on the long side and 17 mm on the short side. It has a thickness of 1 mm on some parts and a bit less on others (0.8 mm)

These are not precise measures since I don't have the proper instruments but they are as accurate as possible

In this link I read CONSdelta
On your coin it is CONSPdelta (I think)
