Pakistani Rupee coins rotation questions

I have 2 questions about the "normal" rotation positions on 2 of the Pakistani coins I have.

1] On a 1998 Two Rupee coin, if I set the front so that the wreath and the date are exactly centred horizontally level in the middle, should Badshahi Mosque be tilted 15 degrees from horizontal on the back. ( with the right side higher than the left ? )

2] On a 2006 One Rupee, if I set the front so that the date below Mohammad Ali Jinnah's head is at the coin bottom, centred horizontally level in the middle, should the Mausoleum be 30 degrees from horizontal on the back ( with the right side higher than the left ? )
