It is certainly damaged, those are some nasty looking gouges out of it, other than that it's decent condition, probably about F15-VF20 ( I find this site useful for grading US coins

But if you're looking for a sale price you probably wouldn't get full value for it, because if someone is buying a coin in F-VF condition they're more likely to look for one without the gouges on the surface, but you'd likely still get a decent amount for it.
