Can someone identify this coin

I have this coin, needs identification. Earlier similar one was identified as Iran 25 Dinar. This one is similar design, but diameter is more. This particular coin Dia id 29.81mm and Weight is 9.03 gms. Material is copper or bronze. I could not find one in Numista with this diameter. Some help please
