Nepal Patan 835 Mohar? [решено]

I have this graded coin from PCGS, but I'm not sure they got the ID right as KM#375. It doesn't look anything like the other Patan Mohars, and it's quite different from the NGC picture of the Patan Mohar they have for this year, KM#374.

The lion on the reverse seems pretty unique for a Nepal coin. Does anyone know what this is?

Indeed strange coin.
I did not find it on any catalog.

to me it looks like some sort of tibetan coin
