Help I.D. This Token

I'm having trouble finding information on this one. All I know is that it may be from Mexico, and that it clearly has Christopher Columbus on it. Any help is appreciated!

The only famous  event  for which a lot of countries   issued  tokens, was Columbian Exposition  in Chicago,1893. In memory of 400th ANN discovery of America.

So, if you know that your token is  Mexican, you  can bravely  say that it is  Mexican token issued for Columbian Exposition  , date 1893.
