Arab gold finish coin/token? identification [решено]

Found this coin/token - 19mm diameter, weight is 1.1 grams with a gold finish.
Any help identifying please?  

Looks like turkish coin
second picture says:
date AH1255 (1839AD)= ascension date
regnal year not clear
Constantinople mint
10 or 20 para.
But I can not find the correct coin (if yours is a coin)

this is not a coin, just belly money....

Yes it's most likely a belly dancer token , might look like a gold mahmudiye or something like this.
