French chambres de commerce coin

Hi,

I'm wondering what the mark underneath "CENTIMES" is supposed to be? Is it a cornucopia as well? Which would mean that the mint Vincennes would bear the same mark as Pessac/Paris later?

Also I would like to know what the "BR.AL." stands for.

Maybe, looking at that page, it says Metal:
Aluminium-bronze
so in French could be BRonze.ALuminium.
