Egypt? Which one? [решено]

No idea what means  number  "82" on the top of this coin.
Looks like Egypt, but  I cannot  identify  main year as well.  1187? at least I see "7" as  last  cipher .

 size about 15mm. Don't know  weight,

On the bottom you see the year of issue (1171) of this type of coin and the number on top (in your case "82") determines the exact date.
Several countries use this kind of year telling.
Comparable with the Spanish coins where the year of issue of the coin type was in big numbers on the obverse while the real date was written in small numbers on the stars on the reverse. See picture:
