With these photos I think this coin won't be above VF. Following this statement and NGC website, I think the coin's value should be limited to its melt value, no matter if in dollars, in euros or in rupees. After this statement, USA is not the only country interested in foreign silver coinage, and I'm not an expert in such cotations... If people want to take such risk, or give another advice...

If it was a grade higher, at XF, it has a catalogue value of $22 (1397 INR)
