That is it! Thanks.

But I have limited knowledge about Conder tokens. Any info regarding to this? Does it belongs to "circulating coins"?

I appreciate for your time and patience. :)
It is in great shape. Conder tokens were used as a result of shortage of actual money. Certain places started making their own money and didn't have the King on them. Some companies made some too.
That is awesome! Do you want to swap it?
Taking a break from swapping for a while, but still interested in pre 1799 Spanish coins, I will make time for that!

Looking for pre 1783 coins

Yes, I must say. I was interested in this too!
Yes, the Royal Mint concentrated on making higher denominations, so it was left to locals to make the 1/2 Penny and 1 Penny (and others) tokens. The name Conder was someone who made the first catalogue of them.
The one you show is the same as I just got - the fifth token at the end of this reply ...

I got eight the other day and it was one of them; not in as good condition as the one you show, but mine only cost just over £1 so will do for now.
Here is more about Conder tokens ...

Probably I will consider collecting such kind of token also! :D

Thanks for your info.

Use this link to find the correct token:

Look for Anglesey (starting page 329)

Thank you very much for that link PetrusAscanus. Very interesting.
