If these coins are at an open auction (that is you are not the only one who can make an offer), $5 will probably not buy them. Be prepared to pay +/- $10.

I would do 5 or less, as the one crown is in EF-. 10 bucks is pretty high for it, but if the seller is not knowledgeable about coins, they may make you pay much higher than the value.

The seller here sending the lot at 5.3 USD nearly. So, as per your views I think it's a fair enough price.
One more thing wanna know, are they really circulation issue ? Because, that 1 crown really big in size for circulation use.
