Bought this odd medallion in Pompeii (wasn't going to buy it at first, but the salesguy literally followed me down the street), and I just can't find anything for it online. It says "United States Naval Support Activity", so I'm guessing it's some sort of merit token given to sailors...anyone got any ideas?
