2013 P Ohio quarter error?

Hi everyone:) so I'm new to coin collecting and I've done ton of research on this coin and haven't found any like this. Help?? Lol thanks error would be on the reverse on Mr Perrys leg where the line is.

Is it possible that it's just a deep scratch smoothed by posterior wear?
(the coin does seem worn.)

Yes that would be the line, I ran into a site that said it was an error you can tell where it's been stamped from his coat, but the person who said it said it wasn't worth any value. I can take a closer and better pic if y'all would like me to.
