Grade: Mexico 1907 5 centavos [решено]

I would like a second opinion on the grade of this coin. I think it is VF, but there is a significant difference in catalog value between VF and XF and I don't want to badly undervalue the coin. Thanks!

One related question: Does anyone know if the design of the reverse changed during the mintage of this coin? I have a 1911 that has horizontal lines on the "5", but this one is plain. It could be worn smooth, but I can't see any evidence that any such lines ever existed, and the rest of the coin doesn't seem that worn. Although I have a 1906 that is more worn than this one but *does* show partial lines on the "5", so unless the design changed for 1907 and then changed back, maybe it is just unusual wear. I guess that would definitely rule out XF.
Anyway It can not be XF. It can not be higher than VF (I think VF-)
F, maybe F+, IMHO. Too many nicks and scratches, letter edges are very worn.
I would go with vf-has a nick on the obverse and a few scratches
coin collecting is fun.
Definitely not XF, but in my opinion F is to low too. I would say VF.
Thanks, all, for confirming my original thoughts. I've been looking at US coins recently and it seems that the Red Book grading criteria allow a lot more wear in XF than I would have thought, so I was second guessing myself on this one.
