Coin nr. 3 should be Afghanistan - Barakzai dynasty, Qiran AH1307//1306, KM# 419:

Unfortunately there is no picture in Krause. But as you can see on your pictures both obverse and reverse have a date: 13(0)7 - 13(0)6, so that matches perfectly with the yellow marked listing in Krause.

The coin is already in the Numista catalog:

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces64072.html

But as you can see, there are some similarities but it's not a perfect match. Maybe the picture on Numista is wrong. I found another website where they talk about the KM# 419 (althoug another year as yours) and that pictures matches with your coin:

I'm not familiar with Zeno, maybe Heretic_Cata could find a picture there.
Correction: the picture in Numista is correct. In an earlier version of Krause there is a picture of KM# 419 and it's the same as in the Numista catalog.
I also found other websites with a picture that confirm the pictures in the Numista catalog are correct:

On the other hand, I found other websites with KM# 419 Abdur Rahman with a picture that matches your coin.

One side is to worn to make a comparison but the other side matches very well with your coin:

But here is one with a perfect match to your coin:

So we have several websites, all talking about a Qiran (half rupee), Abdur Rahman, Herat Mint, KM# 419, but yet there are two different pictures. It's a bit of a mystery.
Anyone who has an explanation for two different pictures for the same KM# number?
The first 2 are not like the rest ! I have a suspicion that they are Khiva khanate but cant search now - on the phone.
Found the coins from Khiva (sorta)
number 2 and 3 are similar to
http://www.zeno.ru/showphoto.php?photo=156221
http://www.zeno.ru/showphoto.php?photo=156240
The date on your number 2 is 130x (maybe 1308)
And on your number 3 is 131x
Great thank you Heretic-Cata.

In KM# there is only 1 Yeoman number for the two coins so one of them again not found in KM catalogue

It's very logical you only found 1 Yeoman number because those two coins are the same, except for the date (the first one is very likely AH1308 while the second one is AH1312 or AH1313).
The reason you think these are different coins is because you switched obverse and reserve for the second coin. Switch them again and you get this:

Obverses, perfect match except for the twist:

Reverses, perfect match:

Didn't see that:°

thank you
