Hello,
I got this coin, but it has strong golden color. What is this?

Usually these coins are white. ( co-ni-zn)

impossible, its looks like 999gold :)
scan has much less color then coin in hands.

probably gold-plated or brass- plated, or off-metall ( Brass)

It exists but as Pact not Treaty. Remember the victor always writes the history ;)
