Hello,
I fear my question might be too specific, but at least you can upload Millies coins drawings from Sumatra 8)

I've got this following coin sold as a coin from Palembang sultanate:

But I can't find the same in the Millies drawings :

or on pictures on the web:
Palembang Millies# 202:

The most approaching could be the Trangganou - Millies 246, but it might also be a Kelantan coin, or Patani, or anywhere else ...
Even this very well documented website doesn't give me the clue :snif: and I'd rather prefer to get the accurate reference for the Numista file.

On the phone can't search - but Zeno found a batch of fake coins like this one IIRC
Thanks for your answer, I should have looked to the zeno catalog first ...
And my coin is referenced as a Palembang.

Rough inscription "Haza al-masruf fi bilad Palembang"
This inscription is stable across several specimens and should not be viewed as a simple corruption of something else.
The inscription reminds the most of the AH1198 (1783/4) pitis and the AH1219 (1804/5) pitis.
1198 pitis: "Haza falus fi bilad Palembang sanat 1198"
1219 pitis: "Masruf fi bilad Palembang 1219"
