German Mark

Why is the German Mark 1960 J selling for so much on EBAY?    The pricing source I have been using does not show them being worth very much! Currently there are three in the $200.00 range!

$200 US is the Krause book price for an XF example. Or it may be a typing error in Krasue, I have seen eBay items go for silly prices, both ways. Makes me laugh when the silver collectors miss a coin which is silver, but which the lister doesn't list as such. Okay for us real coin collectors <g>

Thanks Matt, I found the Krause price stated at $200 as you indicated.

I just bought a cheap lot of 63 coins on EBAY and the lot contained a 1960 J Mark as well as a 1970 Mark and one silver coin. When I started checking prices I was amazed to see a 1960 coin, with such a high mintage priced so high.
