Your coin is DEFINITELY NOT an Edward VII sovereign. Apart from the date, the protrait side is wrong, the inscription is misplaced and the signature below the head showld not be there.
The picture of St George slaying the dragon looks wrong as well, looks more like a 1911 Sovereign design, which my poor eyesight seems to pereceive as being a slightly different design to the earlier Edward VII, as though the counterfeiter has confused the two.
