value help

I have come across a couple of coins that I am unsure of the value of, and I haven't been able to get a decent idea of value online.

The first is a 1995 1oz silver Angel  from the Isle of Man, proof. It is just the coin. I don't know if they come with a box or a COA, but this one is just the coin.

Second, is a 1810  8 reale, minted in Mexico (I think) for the Spainish government (it has a litte pamplet proclaiming it "America's first silver dollar). It is in VF condition.

I can get both for $90. Would this be a decent buy?

1995 Isle of Man Angel 1oz Proof - $30

1810 8 Reales Mexico Mo VF  - (TH) - $300, (HJ/TH) - $75, (HJ) - $75.

Thank you Scotty. I assume you mean that the proof Angel is worth bullion value. 1 oz of silver is bouncing between $31 and $34 for the last week or so.
