Year distribution in France 50 centimes Roty inconsistency [решено]

There are for example 2 articles:

The article https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces682.html describes 1 franc
and this one https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces691.html describes 50 centimes

Question. Why there are Matte flan in 1 franc in year distribution
and the same variety is absent in 50 centimes?

Should it be added to 50 centimes for 1897,1898 and 19000 as well?

then the lines are as follow:

1897 KM#854.1 Antique Silver, matte flan
1898 KM#854.1 Antique Silver, matte flan
1900 KM#854.1 Antique Silver, matte flan

This variety is well known, see for example http://www.lefranc.net/monnaie,50-centimes-semeuse,190.html

My Gadoury also mentions matte flan for 50 centimes for the 3 said dates. Thus, IMHO, 50 centimes should be made coherent with 1 franc.
We really need better French-English communication.

Quantity of lines in any article in the Numista catalog are invariant on the French and English version.

It means, that for the request is for adding 3 lines, they will be added into both versions of the catalog.

According to the Numista rules, to add the lines into article in this case it is necessary to create a new topic about the demand.

It is necessary but not enough. What are the next steps?

Of course it is the same in both versions.
