I have noticed that belgium euro coins often has a bit of rotation diference ( just a few degrees). So I'm not considering it as error anymore. I'm checking my change for more that half year and it is the only coins I have found :)

How common are these coins? Worth to keep?
Your coins appear to be a later die state; in other words, the die was more worn when your coins were struck thus there is "more error."
