​No, if you look at the obverse you can see some wear under the date and on the reverse you can see wear on the crown and the towers and the leaves.

It's a very nice looking coin though.

Hello there,
in my opinion the coin can be graded vf+ or at least Axf. the coin is certanly circulated,it loose the lustrous, some green spot on the field, and some rim shoots.
