I'm trying to locate the 1904 Panama 2 1/2 centesimos - KM#1 in the Krause catalog, but its not under Panama. I know it was minted in US, but where does it show up in the Standard Catalog?

I just realized this is a 2.5 centesimos coin, but I was looking at the KM # and assuming it would show up first in catalog.
