It's strange 1660 is not listed in Krause as you say because this type starts in 1658 and is supposed to end in 1673 (Gadoury informations)

Actually I don't find any pictures of a pre 1660 ampersand adolescent bust. Only kid bust.
This 1660 ampersand looks to be the first year for adolescent bust.

One thing is sure, the value is greatly diminished by the clumsy hole at the top, but the problem of identifying this variety is nonetheless interesting.

This type seems known by Gadoury for 1659 & with the same quotation. Have they already seen on? No idea.

Guys I think we should remove the 1659 & field from this adolescent bust coin.
I have not found any single reference or picture on the internet.
