Ottoman Empire unknown coin [решено]

I have this coin that appears to be from the Ottoman Empire, but I've checked the Ottoman catalogue, and other associated catalogues, and I cannot find it.

I cannot read the writing on it, either (actually, it's pretty difficult to tell what is writing and what is decorative!). Hopefully, someone here can help out (@imreh?)!
