Did more research this time.

I have the 1939 (no dots) and sticks really good to my magnet.

Is this the more valuable one?

French Indo-China 1939 20cent have 2 type:
1/ Magnetic and security edge.
2/ Non-magnetic.
2 types appear on Krause Catalogue.
