Many thanks to you. It's not best condition - is it worth anything?
With better pictures it would be possible to identify the variety and to determine the grade. Without exact grading one can't say much about value.

Once variety and grade are determined, some of our British friends on Numista will know better than me about value.

Have a look at the Conder section of the UK catalogue, there are many varieties of the John of Gaunt token and with so much wear, it may be quite difficult to determine exactly which type you have. As has already been mentioned, some high res pics of both sides would give us a better chance of narrowing down which one it might be.
Just because you can't see it ... doesn't mean it isn't there - Anon.

I'm not sure high resolution will improve it much cos quality is poor.
I'm not really into old coins if someone wants to buy it or swap it Pm me
Here is the one I got from Phil and Rick fully ID

does yours have edge writing?
This one DH#39 edge payable in Lancaster London or Bristol

Edit - there is a lot of different types of these. I am not sure which one you have
It is, what it is, or is it.
You can see from the photos that the condition is quite poor so you cannot see any lettering

Thanks for all the info
And thanks Petrus Ascanus, for the great link.

In Archive.org I found this 1915 fascicle by the same authors. Not sure yet whether it's just a section of the 1910 publication.

Note also Dalton's 1922 publication of the silver token coinage of 1811-1812.
