Please help Identify Slovakia? Token

I received a token that I believe is Slovakian. The Obverse has two bells in the middle with a comet/star above and below it states Veselé Vianoce. On the Reverse, it has a scripted PF and the date 2010. Veselé Vianoce translates to Merry Christmas. Does anyone have more information on this token? Is it used in a Christmas celebration? What does the PF stand for? Is there a market or value for this coin? Any help is appreciated!

PF Stand for Pour Féliciter - in other words, "for luck" and it is used as new year wish.
