This is the Ottoman Empire. 1909.

I can not read Arabic. I can only say that this coin
Ottoman Empire Mehmed V. Date 1327 (1909) 2.
It looks like a 50 Kurus but the diameter is too small.

But the obverse Krause catalog and catalog Numista does not match.
Unfortunately there's nothing more I can not help.

I thought it to be 500 kurush, but I didn't find what it's diameter should be.
