Is this a 1994 Lincoln 1 cent error or is it just me?

Hi. I've been sweeping through my low to 0 value coins lately and noticed this weird US 1 penny that definitely seems to be thicker on a side and thinner on the other. If anyone who knows more details about one cent coins could enlighten me I would be grateful. In the case it is really an error, I'd also like to know an approximate value.

Thanks a lot! :)
I did ask this question also, but never got an answer.
If you look at other pennies, you will see that a lot of them has this

And I noticed this:
Non est totum quod splendet ut aurum
Rijkdom bestaat niet uit het hebben van veel bezittingen, maar in het hebben van weinig behoeften
I think what is happening is ,when they roll the metal for size it is uneven. punch the blanks and the uneven ones go though. Or the dies is not sit even in the press.
It is, what it is, or is it.
I suppose that the blancks are stamped and then copper coated?

I believe they are plated then stamped. or pressed. But still have to roll the zinc down to right size.
It is, what it is, or is it.
They are indeed plated after stamping the zinc blancs.
On some pennies that is visible (zinc shines through the copper)

Seems about right. Didn't know there were many other coins with this particularity since I am not an expert on Lincoln cents.
