1900 token from Argentina [решено]

Hello,

Although I do not collect tokens, I picked up the following piece last week and I need some help in checking its rarity and value. Any ideas?

As far as what I have found until now, I think it is a travelling merchant's license token. It is more or less the size of a Morgan dollar, medal alignment, copper I guess.

patente de ambulante "Patent ambulant" (of a patient) able to walk around; not confined to bed.

Maybe a hospital token for a patient to wear. Nice token.

I finished my research. I found some websites regarding these tokens, but they are in spanish and I had to google translate them.
It is actually a 1900 licence token from Buenos Aires, Argentina, for street/travelling merchants.
It is a nice token yes! And it has very beautiful colours seen real life or under sunlight.
