1] The coin is of Afzal-ad-Daula from Indian Princely States - Hyderabad dated AH1281
Is the weight 1.11 gm or 11.1gm? Because the combination 1.11 gr -22mm does not seem correct
Here's 1 Rupee coin in Numista database. There could be fractional value coins like 1/2 Rupee, 1/4 Rupee, 1/8 Rupee, 1/16 Rupee depending on the weight of the coin.

2] The coin is also of Afzal-ad-Daula from Indian Princely States - Hyderabad dated AH1273/RY#18
From weight it is 1/4 Rupee and its not in Numista database but here's 1 Rupee coin of this type for reference.
