Identification of this Roman coin?

I would like to know what type exactly it is. Any clues are appreciated.

Hi, I cant give an exact identification unfortunately because I am struggling to find it listed anywhere.
However, I have come across a few examples whilst trawling and I am 99% certain that is a Colonial coin from Parium/ Mysia, issued under Elagabalus 218 - 222ad.
Hopefully this information will help, sorry I cant be more definite.
