It depends on it having the mintmark (letter H left of the date, just like the image on that page) or not.
The columns in the table refer to the quality of the coin. VF means circulated with only a little wear on higher surfaces. XF means nearly perfect with at least part of the original lustre retained. More on coin grades here:

There are no prices indicated for grades lower than VF, as a rule of thumb: divide by 2 or 3 for lower grades. Heavily worn English pennies are not really in demand.
And to spark your interest on coin collecting: the coin on the page in the NGC catalogue is an example of a phenomenon called 'ghosting': the cloudlike shape between Britania's helmet and trident is actually George's head protruding from the obverse. Ghosting is quite common on GV pennies.
