Is this Rouble real?

I am fairly sure that the diameter is wrong on numista of 35.5mm is wrong as everywhere else seems to list it at 33mm or 34mm

Have you given it a ring test? Does it make a silver sound?

Weight and diameter are correct (Numista catalogue 35,5 mm diameter is wrong), thickness should not exceed 2,6 mm, for a coin with this wear it should probably be 2,52-2,55 mm.
The pictures are not great, but from what I see in them the coin does not look suspicious. I'd say it's original.

Weight and diameter are fine and from the pictures the coin looks alright (I've got one myself). I'd say original but you can also try measuring the thickness like Andrey suggested.

Thank you for your replies. @BAM777, a ping test sounds like usual for silver. A rare earth magnet reacts like expected on it. @andrey thickness is 3.01mm

First time i see brownish oxidation in patina of a pure silver coin.
