Have a 3 mark coin - Wilhelm II - no date
Obverse Is Wilhelm facing right (no beard)
Does say Kaiser just below the chin line.
Close as I can come says 33 MM - this coin is just over 1/2 " in diameter!
Any help? Composition (silver) %, true diameter, date!
