This guy can't be for real

I've looked in all my books, and checked all my resources for auction and sale prices of German coins, yet still I can't see anything to support this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/20-Mark-Germany-1905-E-Sachsen-Gold-Proof-Gift-/260792422254?_trksid=p4340.m1374&_trkparms=algo%3DPI.WATCH%26its%3DC%252BS%26itu%3DUCC%26otn%3D15%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D4596506619761257580#ht_1508wt_1396

Can anyone else spot if (a) this is a fake, or (b) if this guy could even get 1/5 of what he's asking.  There's something about the strange splotching or "lumpy" texture on the bust's cheeks that lead me to believe this is a fake, and that this price makes it a hoax listing.
Oh, it's real.

But first he should ask PCG.

There was a Saxony 20 Mark 1905 E Proof issued (http://secure.numismaster.com/ta/Coins.admin?rnd=MUMEQZPK&@impl=coins.ui.ucatalog.flat.coin.UiControl_ViewPriceGuideDetail&@windowId=YQTVE&Ext=login). See for yourself.

Oh, I know proofs were made -- I have the Grosser deutscher Munzkatalog, and it, as well as Krause, state that; what I don't buy are:

a) That this is a genuine coin

a1) That this is a genuine proof coin

b) That a genuine proof could command $5.5 million

c) That there is only one proof left in the entire world.  This isn't the sort of coin that gets melted down and disappears.
If I remember correctly,

He said that only 83 proofs were made or something like that. I don't think he said it was the last.

Again, he should have the coin checked by the grading guys. And a better place to sell it would be Heritage Auctions, not like the fake-coin infested eBay. You wouldn't believe how many people show up on Numista with fake Chinese coins they bought on eBay.

His statement:

"Accordingly to a lot of questions from the respected and famous numismatists I see clearly that from the minted in 1905, 86 pieces finally the coin is only one on the World."

My translation:

"After consulting with a large number of respected and famous numismatists, it is apparent that, of the 86 pieces minted in 1905, this coin is the only one remaining in the World."

Which would have to be patently false based on Krause reporting the sale of one for $2,750.00 -- which price, I might add, is a discount on this guy by some $5,497,250.00!

This guy is claiming this proof was bought in 1965 for $1.something million. I call shenanigans on his pitch, and the coin.
