Please help with ID on this nicer Roman coin. Added a US quarter to show size. Any thoughts on value as well???

Thanks guys....you are the best!!!!

Obverse: IMPerator DIOCLETIANVS AVGustus; radiated and draped (or cuirassed?) bust of Diocletian, right.

Reverse: IOVI CONSE─R─VATori AVGG (= Augustorum duorum) = "To Jupiter, protector of the two emperors", i.e. Diocletian (with Jupiter as his main patron deity) and Maximian (with Hercules as his main patron deity). In the exergue: XXIS (this is about the value of the coin, I think, something that would be easy to check; I think the last letter is an "S").

This is a rather well known type; it will be easy to check on the Wildwinds page, but I didn't find the variety "XXIS" or "XXI S" or "XXI dot S", so it may be an uncommon variety.

Hey hoosierCTX let me know if you want to sell
It is, what it is, or is it.
still trying to find an exact match to determine how much it's worth...any thoughts on value?
Looks like RIC V 162 to me (Diocletian AE Antoninianus):
"Rome. 285-286 AD. IMP DIOCLETIANVS AVG, radiate, draped, cuirassed bust right seen from the back / IOVI CONSERVAT AVGG, Jupiter standing left, holding thunderbolt and sceptre. Mintmark XXIB. RIC V-2 162 Rome."

IMO your coin is worth $10-15
