Obverse: IMPerator DIOCLETIANVS AVGustus; radiated and draped (or cuirassed?) bust of Diocletian, right.
Reverse: IOVI CONSE─R─VATori AVGG (= Augustorum duorum) = "To Jupiter, protector of the two emperors", i.e. Diocletian (with Jupiter as his main patron deity) and Maximian (with Hercules as his main patron deity). In the exergue: XXIS (this is about the value of the coin, I think, something that would be easy to check; I think the last letter is an "S").
This is a rather well known type; it will be easy to check on the
Wildwinds page, but I didn't find the variety "XXIS" or "XXI S" or "XXI dot S", so it may be an uncommon variety.
