help needed with translation and origin of this medal

A medal for the success in poultry farming, Russian empire. Diakov's catalog "Medals of the Russian Empire" number 1229.1(R1).
Image 1 - the lettering around the coin: "Established in 1896 Russian society for the poultry farming"
Image 2 - the lettering around the coin: "With the common efforts, we'll reach the desired [results] for the good of our country" - a bit awkward translation but it sound something like that. In a middle - " For the useful efforts in the area of poultry farming"
Year 1906 seems to be engraved later, the original medal doesn't have it: an example
Has 41mm in diameter, bronze version weights 33.19g, also exists in a variant with a grammatical error . Silver version weights 37.1g (Diakov 1229.2 R2).
