We need to specify the country for the tokens

I would like to ask for help. In the section “Tokens” (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/tokens-1.html) we have many unidentifiable tokens. It will be great if someone can take the time to look at them and perhaps clarify the country.

I'm certain there are still many from the US there, which I'm not able to positively identify.​
