A non-circulating crown or a token? [решено]

Hi,

today I got something that was described as a British commemorative coin.
However, I could not locate it on Numista's catalogue, but I did find it on the Internet:

Would you have any ideas as to what its Krause # may be?

I think it's because officially it's a 25 new pence:

The specifications (metal, weight, diameter) are identical, and it does indicate that it is "non circulating".

That would need editing as I have them in unc and proof formats and both are labelled as a crown, not 25 pence. Why would this be changed to 25 pence when that is the written denomination for most outside of the UK? A vast majority are advertised as Crowns compared to 25p

Probably because it was issued after decimalization (and thank you Camerinvs for reminding me what I should have remembered).

When the British pound was decimalized,
1 shilling became 5 new pence (initially the same size)
2 shillings (florin) became 10 new pence (initially the same size)
2 1/2 shillings were no longer minted and gradually withdrawn, and
5 shillings (crown) became 25 new pence. However, a crown had become a non-circulating coin even before the decimalization: over the last 60 years (approximately) all the British coins with a nominal of 1 crown (or 25 cents, respectively) are non-circulating commemorative. They often do not have face value, and are easy to recognize by their characteristic large size (38.6) and thickness.

There's also a separate listing on Numista for the silver proof version. The best way to find both is a search by year under United Kingdom.
