Given the choice of a few 10 Cash from the Republic of China on here, that 1920 coin looks the most likely. Reference Y# 303 and the ribbons hanging from the flags looks like yours (others on here do not look like that, and are hanging straighter with something on the end of them). Also on your right-hand picture the symbol (on the far right) that looks like an S with an o in it is the same as on the page above, when the coin is turned around a bit. If I had the time, I'd look up the exact variant, but in this condition, it wouldn't go more than 50c. But if it's a rare variant, then it may be worth more.
These brass Rep. issues, commonly thought as copper, are usually not worth as much as people think they are. But they're really nice to have.
