UPDATE 1983 P Counter-Clash Dime [решено]

I was looking to see if anyone could give some advice. Such as is it worth to get this coin certified? Where to get that done? What is the approximate value?
I really appreciate any advice, suggestions or even pointing me in the right direction. Thank you.If it helps I was able to find one very similar in the "Strike It Rich With Pocket Change" book for a 1974 D.

Personally, I don't think it needs to be certified. I'm not sure of the value, but it is not that high. But let's wait and see what specialists of US coins on this forum will have to say ...
