Could someone help me identify this coin? [решено]

I am going to bid on this arabic silver coin but I can't find it in any catalogue. It weighs 25,4 grams and has a diameter on 40 mm. If someone could help me identify this coin I would be very thankful.

It looks like the images are inverted ("mirrored") and need to be turned 180º. But may be it's intentional? This doesn't look like a coin anyway.

By the way it's not Arabic but Urdu or some other language of that part of the world (between Afghanistan and India or Bangladesh).
